Introduction
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Kitme, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Kitme,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) regarding information we collect about individuals (“you” and “your”) through our website, trykitme.com, the Kitme mobile applications, and other services that we own or control and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
Kitme helps you organize your fashion and lifestyle purchases, understand your preferences, and discover products, outfits, and shopping opportunities tailored to you. We use information you choose to provide, information collected through authorized integrations, and information about how you interact with our Services to personalize your experience and improve our products.

We use this information to build and maintain your personal ownership profile, personalize recommendations, organize your products, and improve your shopping experience.
C. Information Obtained Through Third-Party Services
Kitme may integrate with third-party services, including Gmail, when you expressly authorize the integration.
Gmail Integration
With your authorization, Kitme uses the Gmail API to identify and process purchase-related information from emails within the permitted scope of the integration.
Information obtained may include merchant names, product details, sizes, colors, purchase dates, prices, order information, and product images contained in purchase receipts.
We use this information to organize your purchase history, populate your ownership profile, personalize recommendations, and provide relevant shopping features.
Kitme limits its access to information permitted by the Gmail authorization you grant and our use of Gmail data to the purposes disclosed to you and permitted by Google's applicable policies. We do not use your Gmail data to read unrelated personal correspondence. We handle Gmail data in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke Kitme's access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access prevents future access under that authorization but does not automatically delete information previously collected. You may separately request deletion of your data as described below.
D. Location Information
With your permission, Kitme may collect or use location information from your device to personalize your outfit recommendations and shopping experience.
Depending on your device settings and the permissions you grant, this information may include precise or approximate location information, or location-related information made available to us through your device or other authorized sources.
We may use location information to:
- Personalize outfit recommendations based on your location and relevant local context.
- Make recommendations more relevant to your surroundings, activities, or shopping preferences.
- Improve the relevance of product discovery and shopping recommendations.
You can manage or withdraw location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location access, certain location-based personalization features may be limited, but other features may remain available.
We do not need to collect precise location information for every feature, and we seek to use location information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes.

We may also use information for other purposes disclosed to you when the information is collected or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
3. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
Kitme may use information derived from purchase history, product ownership, preferences, interactions, and other information collected through our Services to develop aggregated or de-identified insights.
These insights may help us understand broader shopping patterns, product demand, brand preferences, style trends, and consumer behavior across products, retailers, and categories. We may use these insights to improve Kitme's recommendations and features and to support relevant promotions and analytics for retail and brand partners.
Where we provide insights to business partners, we aim to use aggregated or de-identified information that does not directly identify individual users. We do not intend to disclose users' direct identifiers or raw individual purchase histories to retail and brand partners through these insights.
We maintain appropriate safeguards designed to prevent the identification of individuals from information represented as de-identified, and we do not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except as permitted by applicable law.
Information is not necessarily anonymous merely because direct identifiers have been removed. Where information remains reasonably linkable to an individual, we will handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Share Information
Kitme does not disclose your Personal Data to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy, as disclosed to you when information is collected, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers. These providers may process information on our behalf subject to appropriate contractual and other safeguards.
Retailers and Brand Partners. We may provide retail and brand partners with aggregated or de-identified insights about shopping behavior, product preferences, and market trends to help them improve product discovery, recommendations, promotions, and their understanding of consumer demand. We do not intend to provide these partners with your direct identifiers or raw individual purchase histories through these insights.
If a future feature involves sharing identifiable information or information associated with an individual user with a retailer or brand, we will provide any notices and obtain any permissions or consents required by applicable law.
Third-Party Integrations. If you choose to connect a third-party service or use a feature that involves another platform, information may be exchanged as necessary to provide that feature, subject to the applicable permissions and disclosures.
Legal and Safety Reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

These technologies may collect information about your device, activity, and interactions with Kitme.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may be able to manage certain preferences through your browser, device, or the settings we make available.
If we use advertising or analytics technologies that constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, we will provide the disclosures and opt-out mechanisms required by those laws.
